Save Our Slogan

Posted: August 23, 2011 in Uncategorized

In the early 80’s there was a slogan that was being shouted all over the United States in every home, school and community. Just say NO used
to be the slogan that was told to kids when they were offered drugs. We were urged to say NO to the temptations of things that would take us down roads that were nothing but trouble. We were told to say NO to destroying our minds and our bodies. They wanted us to say NO because the peer pressure to make dangerous decisions was so great. I listened to this slogan and so did a lot of my friends and it helped us avoid many temptations.

We need that same slogan today. We need to say no to all the negatives in our lives. Say no to the negative friends, family, co-workers and
bosses. We don’t need their peer pressure to not succeed in our lives; we don’t need the whispers of doubt in our heads. We don’t need an anchor of negativity holding us down while we’re trying to fly to the fulfillment of our future. We must have the words of positive people and things that can propel us forward into a promising tomorrow.

So I say YES to your success and to all the negatives, I encourage you to just say NO.
